I’ve been trying to install the Linux version and was having lots of trouble, but I found it on flathub ([https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.zrythm.Zrythm](https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.zrythm.Zrythm)). I was wondering if this is official and maintained by the team since I don’t see it mentioned anywhere?

I don’t know the official answer, but I installed the flatpak on ubuntu 24.04, but couldnt resolve the errors on startup. I ended up getting it installed and mostly working from the binary, but I still get crashes and weird errors occasionally. If you want to compare notes, I’m game.

It’s official yes but the Flatpak version has [some caveats](https://manual.zrythm.org/en/plugins-files/plugins/scanning.html#about-flatpak), and also Zrythm v1 is abandoned in favor of v2 (which is close to an alpha release). Generally, I recommend either building Zrythm from source or using our binaries over Flatpak.
