Linux/Manjaro - how to install zrythm icons?

Hi,

On Zrythm start I get two error dialog suggesting to install breeze (already installed) and zrythm icons? How to?

And yes, icons are missing in the UI.
The app is installed with the last bundle installer.

The icons are already installed if you used the official installer. How are you launching Zrythm?

Hi, I start the app with installed

/usr/local/share/applications/org.zrythm.Zrythm-installer.desktop

Yes, I have installed the app with official bundle installer. The /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/share/icons/ folder is full of icons.

Must I supply additional informationt?

That’s strange then. Maybe there is an issue loading the icons. Can you post the log? It should be under ~/.local/share/zrythm/log

(zrythm:10647): Gtk-WARNING **: 16:47:55.854: (icon_ensure_texture__locked:3820): Failed to load icon /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/zrythm.svg: Unable to load image-loading module: /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/bin/../lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-svg.so: /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/bin/../lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-svg.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This seems to be the cause, but I see that that file exists… Not sure why it says no such file. Can you try

ls /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/bin/../lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-svg.so

?

loaders/ does exist but is empty.

❯ ls -als /opt/zrythm-1.0.0.beta.4.13.31/bin/../lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/

4 drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 ноя 4 12:09 ..

Looks like the installer didn’t extract correctly. I just tried re-installing it here and it’s not empty. Can you try re-downloading it and installing it? Also please check if you have enough disk space under /opt

Uninstall - download - install has helped, thanks. Not sure what was the reason.
