Is a way to use external hardware such as synths? If not, could there be a way to implement it the same way Studio One does (Hardware as instrument where MIDI track is automagically routed to a bus without the need to monitor an audio track thus reducing clutter.) I could be wrong, but I do not see any MIDI out options and this would help given the limited amount of native synths available and to have near zero latency.
Currently, you’d have to create a MIDI track, then route its output to your hardware synth (i.e., via JACK, I don’t believe Zrythm supports MIDI output to hardware in its UI at the moment), then create an audio track and select the hardware synth’s audio output from the list as a track input.
That’s a good idea for future iterations!
