Forum Announcement: Temporary Access Restriction for UK Visitors

Effective immediately, only this forum is no longer accessible from IP addresses located inside the United Kingdom.
All other parts of our site—including your main account dashboard, purchase history, download links, and user manual pages—remain fully open to everyone, including visitors from the UK.

Why?

The UK’s Online Safety Act imposes new, far-reaching obligations that we cannot afford to implement at this time. Rather than comply, we have chosen to geo-block UK traffic entirely.

What this means

  • Users in the UK will see a short message and will not be able to load this forum.

  • Users everywhere else can continue to use the forum normally.

  • Existing UK members who need further assistance (e.g., if you want us to remove all your posts) should contact us via our usual contact channels.

Is this permanent?

We’ll monitor legal developments and may revisit the decision if the legislation changes. We’ll update this post if anything changes.

Thank you for your understanding.

I feel for those in the UK, but they chose to be complacent by not fighting for their privacy.

This should be a wake up call for them.
